Meditation is the process of redirecting your thoughts to calm your mind. It may also improve your overall quality of life. You don't need to meditate for hours to get the full benefit of meditation. Simply breathing can assist you in finding your center and allow you to focus on your day.

Work with Pauline in the comfort of your own home with zoom meditation sessions. Classes Run for 30 minutes and are $10.

Book 10 Sessions for $90 can be used within 12 Months.
